Dr Michelle Musca

(MBBS FRACGP)

 

Dr Michelle Musca was born and raised in Perth, and completed her medical degree at the University of Western Australia in 2008, graduating with honors. 

She spent several years travelling and working as an Emergency doctor in rural areas of Australia, before undertaking training as a General Practitioner.

Dr Michelle has long had a passion for nutrition and lifestyle medicine, and has furthered her training in this area through the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM).

In 2021, Dr Michelle trained as a Metabolic Balance Practitioner. She has run several community lifestyle programs including the Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP) and has also completed training as a practitioner in the NeuroChange Method which utilises neuroscience, mindset and brain reprogramming to make meaningful lifestyle changes.

Dr Michelle now consults with private clients online, using bio-individual nutrition, nutraceutical supplements and mindset practices to help them treat chronic disease, lose weight and increase longevity by targeting inflammation at its root cause.

Having obtained a Bachelor in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Western Australia, Dr Steed worked for years as a medical doctor before reaching a critical turning point in her career and personal life. 

She has walked the path of self awakening and inner healing, resulting in her publishing her book “Body Wisdom”.

She is now fulfilling her true passion teaching others how to tap into their body’s inner wisdom and heal from within, through her writing, yoga and meditation/mindfulness teaching.

Every physical experience we face, every issue of the mind or heart, every encounter that triggers us, is all connected to the missions of our soul to expand into the unlimited potential that we are.

What is included in the retreat package?
The retreat package includes accommodation, all meals (breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner), wellness activities and workshops as outlined in the retreat itinerary.
For those attending the retreat as a day-attendee only, accommodation is not included and neither are breakfast and dinner (but lunch, morning tea and afternoon tea are).
Are alcoholic beverages included in the package?
Alcoholic beverages are not included in the package but are available for purchase separately.
Do you cater to special dietary requirements?
Yes, we cater to special dietary requirements. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at least two weeks before the retreat start date.
Is there a minimum age requirement to attend the retreat?
Participants must be at least 18 years old to attend the retreat. No children or babies are permitted at the retreat.
What should I bring to the retreat?
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing suitable for yoga and wellness activities, swimwear if you wish to use the heated pool, sunscreen, a hat, umbrella and any personal items you may need during your stay.
Travel to Pullman's Bunker Bay Resort:
It is the participant's responsibility to arrange their own transportation to Pullman's Bunker Bay Resort.
Additional Facilities at Pullman's Bunker Bay:
Other facilities offered at Pullman's Bunker Bay, such as those at the Vie Spa, are available at an additional cost. Please organise use of these facilities with the staff at Pullman's Bunker Bay.
What is your cancellation policy?
We are unable to offer refunds and all sales are final. However, we do permit that you transfer your booking to another person if you are unable to attend, so long as this is finalised at least 2 weeks before the retreat start date.
